Perfect public speaker

Being a good public speaker is a hard work, here I want to describe a perfect one and the characteristics which matter for me.

1. The appearance and clothes ( This is the point, which almost doesn't matter for me. I don't think about the clothes a person wears, after all we came to listen to his\her ideas and thoughts. I respect everyone's personality, not outfits. Although, it seldom influences me: if the person resembles my friends, I'm likely to have the same attitude to him/her (though it's not proper at all). Anyway, if speakers want to focus the audience on the speech, not themselves, the best option is to wear simple clothes in basic, restrained colours.)
2. Speech (From my point of view, this point is vital. The perfect speakers are neither too loud nor too quiet, they play with their voices: make pauses to draw your attention, articulate properly, use just right tempo, chose appropriate for the situation words)
3. Non-verbal communication (Gestures, body language are necessary, but should be relevant. The perfect speaker isn’t overdramatic. His/her body poses are relaxed one open. The body moves naturally, smoothly. Besides, the gestures reinforce the speech, help the audience to comprehend the ideas)
4. Personality (In my mind the perfect speaker has a bunch of some characteristics. He/she should be confident, assertive to the point, benevolent, intelligent and treat the audience on the same level. It’s significant for them to be aware of the topic they speak on, to be ready to answer all coming questions, to feel like fish in the water. Such a wonderful option for speaker to have a sense of humour if the situation let you dissipate the tension, do it with the help of joke or icebreakers. Although if the topic is solemn, mind it’s not the situation for million of jokes.)

Here I want to add photos of people whom I consider successful speakers. The only problem is that I don't have an image of ideal public speaker in my head, I mostly focused on the inner characteristics of  a person.
