Hello, would like to order pizza... saying this is not a big deal, by the way. I always do my best to avoid these conversations. However, last week my friends decided to order pizza, and I said I can ring up.

- One margarita and one with chicken and mushrooms.

- are you paying by card or by cash?

Going on and on and on..., well, I’ve finally made an order, but I realised that talking to the operator isn’t the thing that bothers me , but the time I spend on it. I didn’t feel nervous talking to her, just bored I’d say. It really takes much time and energy to talk to somebody, follow the questions, etc. I’m not a passionate about technologies and devices, but ordering on the websites really makes this process faster and easier.
